This policy covers onlycardiologybilling.com, the website. How we handle patient data for practices we bill for is a separate matter. The business associate agreement governs it, and HIPAA and how we handle your data describes it.
Last updated September 2026.
The contact form asks for your name, your practice's name, your email, your phone number, your state, and whatever you type in the message box. Any other form on this site asks only for what it needs to answer you. If you call or email us, we keep the message and your contact details.
Like most websites, this one may record basic visit data: pages viewed, browser and device type, the referring site, and an approximate location from your IP address. We do not tie that data to your name unless you fill in a form.
We use what you send to answer you, to schedule the call you asked for, and to send the free review you requested. If we email you about codes or updates, every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
We share it with the services that run this site, our email, and our advertising and analytics tools, such as Google. Those services handle it under their own terms. We do not sell it.
Please do not put patient names, dates of birth or any other patient details in a form on this site or in an email. The form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Once we work together, patient data moves through your EHR and the channels the business associate agreement describes.
This site may use cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads. You can block them in your browser, and the site still works.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do, unless the law or a business record we must keep requires otherwise. Email matt@onlycardiologybilling.com or call , Mon to Fri, 9 to 5 Central.
We are based in Texas. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
