Switching cardiology billing companies should not stop your cash for a month. We start right away, your claims keep moving, and your old A/R gets worked as soon as your contract allows. Here is the plan, week by week.
3% of collectionsNo setup feeNo contract

Day 1, the BAA gets signed and you meet your dedicated biller. Then we get access to your EHR, clearinghouse and payer portals, and claims move to us. Nothing gets keyed twice.
Your last 90 days get reviewed by study and by payer. It shows where money went missing before any old A/R gets touched.
If your current contract has a 90-day exit clause, we start now and plan around the exit date.
New charges get coded from the note and sent daily. First remittances post in week 3, and we confirm every payer is routing them to us.
By week 4 the first denials are worked. Claims your old biller sent stay with them until your exit date, unless your contract lets us take them sooner. We track them, and work any left open from that date.
Old A/R gets sorted by filing deadline, then by balance. Claims over 90 days get a status check and an appeal or a written reason.
By day 60, one team codes, sends, posts and follows everything. Your first monthly report comes in week 7 or 8. See billing reports.
There is nothing to pay to start and nothing to sign that binds you. You pay 3% of what we collect, and you can leave any month.
A 3-year contract with a 90-day exit is common in this business. It keeps practices with a biller they want to leave for months. We don't use one.
